Supereasy, healthy & cheap!

This oatmeal breakfast is packed with valuable nutrients. I can eat this every day of the week without getting bored.
I am what you call a real sweet tooth and I can really look forward to my breakfast.e.
This breakfast is nice and sweet without using a gram of sugar or honey.
But it is not all sweet. Because all kinds of spices have been added such as cinnamon, ginger and turmeric, it has a much deeper taste than just sweet.
It is an oatmeal breakfast of which the basis only consists of oatmeal and water.
Nice and cheap because I just use the 50 cents AH-basic oatmeal.
I do it for a little longer than a week.
To make it nice and sweet I add a banana in slices, preferably one with brown speckles.
I myself use 80 grams of oatmeal. That is a bit much for most people, but I have already run or rowed on the rowing machine before that. 40-50 grams is enough for most people.
I put the oatmeal in a saucepan with the banana slices. I add a little bit of salt and a lot of cinnamon, turmeric and ginger.
Then I add so much boiling water so that everything is just under water.
I put it on the induction plate and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, I take a quick shower.
When I'm done in the bathroom, my porridge is now ready.
I transfer it to a bowl and let it cool for five minutes before I attack.
