I am a huge foodie and I really love food. If it is fun, I think that something tasty should be included. I really like a glass of wine. Make it a good habit to eat a healthy snack around 4:00 PM, even if you're not hungry at the time. The gap between lunch and dinner is otherwise too big, so you run the risk of snapping.
Getting enough exercise helps you stay slim
You don't have to go to the gym three days a week to stay slim. Exercising for half an hour a day helps a lot. You can get a long way here if you take the stairs a bit more often, or do your shopping on foot or by bike as much as possible.
